DataZone.Client.add_entity_owner(**kwargs)#

Adds the owner of an entity (a domain unit).

Request Syntax

Parameters:
  • clientToken (string) –

    A unique, case-sensitive identifier that is provided to ensure the idempotency of the request.

    This field is autopopulated if not provided.

  • domainIdentifier (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The ID of the domain in which you want to add the entity owner.

  • entityIdentifier (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The ID of the entity to which you want to add an owner.

  • entityType (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The type of an entity.

  • owner (dict) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The owner that you want to add to the entity.

    Note

    This is a Tagged Union structure. Only one of the following top level keys can be set: group, user.

    • group (dict) –

      Specifies that the domain unit owner is a group.

      • groupIdentifier (string) – [REQUIRED]

        The ID of the domain unit owners group.

    • user (dict) –

      Specifies that the domain unit owner is a user.

      • userIdentifier (string) – [REQUIRED]

        The ID of the owner user.
