  The requested resource exists but isn’t in a status that can complete the operation.

  • Message (string) –

  • Error (dict) – Normalized access to common exception attributes.

    • Code (string) – An identifier specifying the exception type.

    • Message (string) – A descriptive message explaining why the exception occured.
