(dict) –
The request failed because it exceeds a service quota.
Message (string) –
Name (string) –
The name of the service quota that was exceeded by the request.
Value (string) –
The current value for the quota that the request tried to exceed.
Error (dict) – Normalized access to common exception attributes.
Code (string) – An identifier specifying the exception type.
Message (string) – A descriptive message explaining why the exception occured.
