The namespace that you’re trying to create already exists.
Message (string) –
CreatorRequestId (string) –

that was used to create the namespace.NamespaceId (string) –

Code (string) – An identifier specifying the exception type.
Message (string) – A descriptive message explaining why the exception occured.
