AutoScaling.Client.describe_scaling_process_types()#

Describes the scaling process types for use with the ResumeProcesses and SuspendProcesses APIs.

Response Structure

  • (dict) –

    • Processes (list) –

      The names of the process types.

      • (dict) –

        Describes a process type.

        For more information, see Scaling processes in the Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling User Guide.

        • ProcessName (string) –

          One of the following processes:

          • Launch

          • Terminate

          • AddToLoadBalancer

          • AlarmNotification

          • AZRebalance

          • HealthCheck

          • InstanceRefresh

          • ReplaceUnhealthy

          • ScheduledActions
