Connect.Client.pause_contact(**kwargs)#

Allows pausing an ongoing task contact.

Request Syntax

response = client.pause_contact(
    ContactId='string',
    InstanceId='string',
    ContactFlowId='string'
)
Parameters:

  • ContactId (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The identifier of the contact.

  • InstanceId (string) –

    [REQUIRED]

    The identifier of the Amazon Connect instance. You can find the instanceId in the ARN of the instance.

  • ContactFlowId (string) – The identifier of the flow.
